Peter Howard

Peter has over 25 years of trading experience. Peter first worked for Cargill and Continental Grain in the early 1980s before founding New England Agricultural Traders Pty Ltd ("NEAT") in 1987. NEAT became a successful and well known trading house having pioneered the bulk export of durum wheat from Australia to various markets including Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey and Italy. NEAT was a major supplier of feed grains to the domestic market and it also shipped a number of bulk cargoes of pulses and wheat to India and Bangladesh. Peter is also a legal practitioner and consultant who can offer legal advice on trading disputes. He is currently registered as a GTA arbitrator.

Sanjiv Dubey
B.A. Economics (Hons), M.A. Economics, Master of Business Administration (USA)

Sanjiv moved to Australia in 2001 and jointly formed OzEpulse with Peter Howard. Sanjiv is an experienced international trader having worked in India (11 years) and Malaysia (6 years), and handles trade in both bulk and containerised cargoes. Sanjiv's main focus is the Indian sub continent, Middle Eastern markets, and Third Country trades. Sanjiv Dubey is also appointed as a Justice of the Peace, New South Wales, by the Attorney General of Australia.

Y.Y. Li

YY has many years of experience in agricultural commodity trading in China and UK. After 7 years at China National Cereals Oils and Foodstuffs Im/Ex Corp, he was Beijing manager for Phibro & Continental Grain Co. YY also has experience as a consultant for Chinese and foreign finance in international trade and investment. YY looks after China and the North Asia Region for OzEpulse.

Ross Ridgway
B. Ag Econ (USYD)

Ross is a wheat trader for OzEpulse handling bulk and containerised cargoes. He has significant experience in Agribusiness and International Trade having previously worked for Glencore International AG based both in Australia and Switzerland. Ross’ main focus is milling wheat in the South East Asian market and containerised durum.

Richard Alcorn
B.Comm (UNE)

Richard is domestic trader based in Armidale and recently joined the team having worked as an Agribusiness Bank Manager and previously owned and managed an agricultural contracting business based in Armidale. Richard has a strong commitment to and understanding of agricultural production, having lived and worked on his family property at Willow Tree for 15 years until 1997, when joining New England Agricultural Traders (NEAT) in Armidale. Richard’s main emphasis is buying and selling commodities for the domestic market and procuring grain/pulses destined for the export market in conjunction with the Sydney office.

George Pallett

After studying at the University of Sydney, George joined the OzEpulse team. George has been with OzEpulse since 2008 and handles the domestic freight & logistics book, foreign exchange and is in charge of market analysis.

Campbell Keene
B.Comm (UNE)

Campbell is the Logistics Manager for OzEpulse. He has a broad knowledge and experience in agriculture from growing up on the land and from working In Agribusiness his whole career. Campbell acts as a point of contact for growers and packers, plus manages the export logistics for OzEpulse.

Susan Soriano
B.Sci (Comm)

Susan is OzEpulse’s manager of Export Logistics and Documentation. She brings a raft of experience in dealing with different types of grain products (e.g. Durum Wheat, Canola, Rice, Chick Peas, Lentils, Dunpeas, etc), export of Wool, import of Textiles, export of machinery and machinery parts. Susan has worked with a number of international trading companies including Pacific Banking Corporation, Mitsubishi Australia, Rice Growers and GrainCorp.

Nayanesh Gandhi

Nayanesh works for OzEpulse Pty Ltd in the documents department as the Deputy Manager. He is proficient with all forms of preparing and negotiating export documentation, quarantine/customs requirements and Ex-doc software.

 Nayanesh regularly corresponds with industry stakeholders for grain and pulses such as banks, shipping companies, packers and government export departments.

Frances Gu
MAcc (UCQ)

Frances manages OzEpulse’s day to day accounts and banking including payments to all growers and suppliers. Frances also assists in the preparation of management accounts for external purposes.

Rachael Johnson-Pond
B.A (VUW)

Rachael is the Administration Manager for OzEpulse. She recently returned to Australia after finishing a Bachelor of Arts at Victoria University, Wellington. She is the first point of contact in the office and is in charge of maintaining its daily functionality.
